Verv’s technology is an affordable way for companies to unlock valuable energy data and accelerate their journey to net zero.
Pricing is based on the requirements of your specific building or portfolio and can be adapted to support your goals. We recommend speaking to one of our product experts, who can advise you on the right products for your appliances.
To provide you with an idea of how affordable the Verv technology is, the below calculator provides the standard costs based on your buildings square footage.
The calculation includes hardware and data subscription, based on a 5-year plan and uses the typical BTU required for the size of building. It does not include installation which can be arranged if you don’t have a preferred contractor. The Isolator and Fused Spur can be installed by any qualified electrician. The Plug Adapter can be installed without any specialist knowledge.

The Verv Smart Rotary Isolator can be fitted as a single-phase or three-phase unit in place of any standard isolator by a qualified electrician.

We help reduce your consumption and optimise the performance of appliances in your portfolio or individual building. Managers can view date in real-time using the Verv portal.

Any appliance can be monitored with the benefits of our rotary isolator but from a standard three-pin plug adapter, easily unlocking insights from across your building.
